◎ 楽屋舞台裏には２層の楽屋がある。１階は大部屋（１３畳）１、小部屋（4.5畳、西端は小道具部屋、東端
は床山）７、計８室の畳敷の楽屋と、東、西２カ所の便所からなり、以前はは東側便所’の先に浴室があったそうであるが、現在は撤去されている。
この浴室前から渡り廊下を経て、事務所や賄いと連絡していたらしいが、事務所等の別棟部分は現在貸家に模様替えされている。
２階楽屋は畳敷き６畳で廊下沿いに９室並ぶ。
以前は、西端が座長室、東端が副座長室であったと云われている。

□Structure
The Yachiyoza Theateris a two‐storied wooden buildinginthe kabuki
theater style ofthe Edo era（1603−1867）・ln spite of being a Japanese‐styIe theater，some portions of the Yachiyoza Theater are quite western：forexample，iron tubes for centain columns，and a western‐styIe girder structure.
Audience seats，covered with tatami mat,are located at the1st and 2nd floor．The seating capacityis about is700 at present．
